Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Shipping time: Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its progress.

Shipping cost: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Delays: Occasionally, customs processing, high demand, or carrier issues can extend delivery beyond the estimated window. If your order is taking longer than 21 business days from the ship date, contact us at support@broadclothco.com and we'll look into it right away.

International orders: Additional customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the shipping cost charged at checkout.

Incorrect address: Please double check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error shortly after ordering, contact us immediately at [your support email] and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Order tracking: Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, reach out and we'll check on the status for you.
