Return & Refund Policy
We want your Broadcloth Co. shirt to fit right. If it doesn't, here's how returns work.
You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
To start a return, email us at support@broadclothco.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Sizing exchanges: Since fit varies by body type, we're happy to exchange for a different size at no extra cost to you if the item doesn't fit as expected — just reference our size chart on the product page before ordering to minimize the chance you'll need one.
Who covers return shipping: If the item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we cover return shipping costs. For returns based on sizing or personal preference, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Non-returnable items: Items marked as final sale, and items that have been worn or washed, cannot be accepted for return.
Refund processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
